Gallagher Security is seeking a curious Software Engineer at junior to intermediate level to join our internal Dev Platforms team in Hamilton. You’ll help build and maintain the shared platform that supports our developers, pipelines, tools, and practices that make shipping software safe and repeatable.

You’ll work in a supportive squad with a strong engineering culture, collaborate across teams, and contribute ideas to improve tooling and delivery, growing with our Kiwi tech success story.

Qualifications

• Curious and adaptable software engineer, junior to intermediate.
• Able to learn quickly and grow within a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain shared tools, pipelines, and services used by developers.
• Collaborate with development teams to reduce friction and improve the platform.
• Work in a supportive squad with peer reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Propose and test improvements to tooling, infrastructure, and practices.
