The ideal candidate will be in their third year of Physiotherapy practice, have a keen interest in cardiorespiratory physiotherapy, and the ability to work autonomously or with minimal support in various inpatient settings, including surgical and respiratory wards, intensive/critical/high-dependency care, and high acuity areas.
You will be proficient in managing and prioritising a caseload within the inpatient setting. You should demonstrate dedication to developing your own skills while supporting the growth of students, physiotherapy staff, and the Allied Health Assistant workforce.

This role belongs to the PSA/DHBs Allied, Public Health and Technical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and falls between Step 3 ($88,627 p.a) and Step 7 ($110,210 p.a pro rata) of the Degree-Based Allied, Public Health and Technical scale.
