Job summary

Qualifications

Vocational Rehabilitation (SAW & BTW)

• Confident delivering workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans and task analysis


• Knowledge of vocational services pathways

Community Rehab Services

• Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their community


• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goals


• Knowledge of community services pathways

• Use your clinical expertise to support clients inhomes, workplaces, and communities - no two days are the same
