Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related life science discipline.
• 3+ years post-Ph.D. or 5+ years post-Master's in pharma R&D with publications or patents.
• Expertise in small molecule synthesis, DMPK, formulation science, or early-stage drug discovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory research to identify and characterize new drug candidates.
• Design and execute experiments using advanced techniques for pharmaceutical R&D.
• Analyze data, interpret results, and prepare scientific reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with chemists, biologists, toxicologists, and clinical scientists to progress projects.
• Develop and optimize experimental protocols and analytical methods.
• Stay updated with literature and emerging technologies in pharma.
• Assist in proposal development, patents, and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain detailed lab notebooks and comply with GLP/GMP standards.
