Our Christchurch office is seeking a Personal Assistant to join the team in a full-time, permanent position. This role will provide dedicated support across both our Technology & Transformation (T&T) and Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) teams, working closely with three Partners.
Reporting directly to the Partners, you will provide high-quality, end-to-end executive support across a broad range of activities. This includes diary and inbox management, coordinating key initiatives, managing travel and meeting arrangements, and delivering efficient administrative support to the Partners. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting office-wide events and activities within the Christchurch office, helping to foster a professional, well-connected, and collaborative working environment.
