- This is far more than a traditional PA position. You'll become the go-to person within the office, building strong relationships across the business, coordinating key activities, and helping create a positive and engaging workplace culture
- This is a fixed-term contract through to 30 June 2027, working Monday to Friday (four days onsite)
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas and minutes
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders and assist the Executive Assistant as required
- Manage travel arrangements and support changing schedules and priorities
- Welcome visitors and help maintain a positive office environment
- Support office initiatives, events and social committee activities

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, or similar support role
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing demands
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgement and a proactive approach
- Confidence to respectfully challenge, influence and find solutions when managing competing priorities
