Whānau Āwhina Plunket is seeking a Part-time Perinatal Wellbeing Administrator to provide high‑quality admin support for a new online service serving families in the Waikato region. This role supports referrals, enrolment, appointment booking and reporting within a multidisciplinary team.
You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality, show warmth and empathy, and contribute to a pilot programme shaping future mental health services for families.
We’re lucky to have the opportunity to connect with the majority of Aotearoa’s whānau during their child’s first five years. Our virtual perinatal wellbeing service supports parents experiencing mild to moderate distress, anxiety or depression, helping to strengthen wellbeing, parenting confidence and the parent‑infant relationship.
As our Perinatal Wellbeing Administrator, you’ll provide high quality administrative support to a new online service focused primarily on the Waikato region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team and help shape a pilot programme with the potential to inform Plunket’s future mental health services. This is a part time fixed term position until 31st January 2028.
In this position, you’ll play an important role in ensuring whānau experience a welcoming, responsive and well‑coordinated service from their first point of contact.
