Qualifications

• Love digging into data and figuring out what's driving performance.
• Experience with tracking, attribution and data integrity.
• Ability to turn performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own optimisation across the client portfolio, making smart calls on what to scale or change.
• Set campaign standards and build better reporting.
• Work with Account Managers and clients to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and help raise campaign performance across the board.
