Job summary

Manukora Limited is seeking a performance designer to own paid social creativity. You will craft statics and light motion for Meta, Amazon and landing pages, briefing with US-based strategists and ensuring consistency with brand standards.

You’ll outperform agency work, producing 20 variants per winner and maintaining a premium, meme-free visual system across platforms. Remote, with overlap to Pacific time for live collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing paid social creative for US, UK or Australian DTC/CPG brands, in-house or agency.
• Portfolio with paid social ads that ran; must include results or context.
• Strong understanding of hooks, formats, placements, testing, and numbers-driven creativity.

Responsibilities

• Design paid statics for Meta feed, TikTok, YouTube and other placements; optimize Amazon A+ content and landing hero sections.
• Add subtle motion to assets with ~5-second loops; avoid full video edits.
• Rapidly generate variants and new hooks to beat winners and inform the next round.
