IHC is seeking an experienced, future-focused leader to head our People Strategy and Capability function in New Zealand. You will shape workforce strategy, organisational development, leadership capability, learning and qualifications to help build the workforce IHC needs for the future.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, create clarity, build capability and foster collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Strong track record of people leadership and leading complex programmes of work.
Significant experience developing and implementing workforce, capability, learning and/or organisational development strategies.
Strategic and systems-thinking capability.
Ability to connect priorities, workforce trends and future needs into practical solutions.
Confidence in using evidence and workforce insights to shape decisions.
Interest in emerging technologies and AI-enabled approaches.
Ability to work at pace and deliver meaningful results.

Responsibilities

Shape future-focused workforce, capability and learning strategies.
Partner with senior leaders to respond to workforce opportunities and challenges.
Champion the use of insights, data and technology to deliver measurable impact.
