Job summary

IHC New Zealand is seeking a forward-thinking People Experience Manager to lead and shape how leaders and employees access and experience people services across our organisation. Qualifications

• Experience leading People/HR services in a large or complex organisation.
• Strong customer and employee experience mindset.
• Experience with technology, automation, digital tools and AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
• Ability to design, implement and optimise service models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a modern, technology-enabled service model for people services.
• Grow capability across the team and create opportunities for people to learn, contribute and succeed.
• Partner and influence across the organisation to improve service delivery.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with legislative, privacy and organisational requirements.
• Travel to service sites and managers as needed to support implementation.
