Job summary

Metalform (Dannevirke) Ltd is seeking a capable admin to combine health and safety and HR admin in one role, working with management to keep systems and records up to date.

You don’t need to be an HR or H&S expert; training will be provided and you will learn our MyHR processes while maintaining paperwork and onboarding.

Full-time or part-time role with a supportive team, opportunities to grow as you gain familiarity with our systems.

Qualifications

• Solid admin background with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable using systems and software.
• Good communication with staff across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain H&S system, registers and documentation.
• Run inductions for new staff and contractors.
• Track licences, certifications and training expiry dates.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations and follow-up actions.
• Support toolbox talks and keep team engaged in safety.
• Write and post job ads, coordinate interviews and reference checks.
• Prepare employment agreements and onboarding via MyHR.
• Keep employee records and training information up to date.
• Provide general admin support for the wider business.
