Great leaders don't always need answers. Sometimes they need someone who can help uncover the right problem. That's where you come in.
We're building a more adaptive, product-based way of working within People, so this newly created role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, influencing outcomes and is excited to shape how People partnering is done at 2degrees.
This isn't your traditional Business Partner role. Working as part of our evolving People team, you'll have the opportunity to assemble around priorities, move where the business needs you most, and contribute across a broad range of people and performance challenges. One day you might be supporting a leader through organisational change, the next facilitating a capability workshop, designing a plan to enhance team performance, or solving a complex people issue.
You'll partner closely with leaders to diagnose organisation, capability, performance, engagement and wellbeing challenges, then turn those insights into meaningful solutions that improve both business outcomes and employee experience.
We welcome applications from everyone, including people living with disabilities or who are neurodiverse. If you'd like any support or adjustments during the recruitment process, email us on careers@2degrees.nz. We’re here to help you shine.
