Job summary

2degrees in Auckland is seeking a People & Performance Partner to drive practical people solutions across the organisation. You’ll partner with leaders to diagnose organisational challenges, shape capability, performance, engagement and wellbeing initiatives, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

This role blends consulting, coaching and hands-on delivery; you’ll influence priorities, run workshops, and support the evolving People team as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as Business Partner, People Partner or HR generalist in a complex environment.
• Strong consulting and diagnostic skills to uncover real problems before solving.
• Experience partnering with leaders on organisation design, workforce planning, change and engagement.
• Ability to navigate complex people matters with care, fairness and sound judgement.
• Coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management across levels.
• Ability to draw insights from workforce data to shape recommendations.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities as the business evolves.
• Curiosity about the future of work, AI and evolving people practices.
• Experience with competency frameworks is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for helping people and teams thrive.

Responsibilities
