Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in trade, B2B or related industries.
• Ability to lead with empathy and clarity.
• Experience overseeing budgets and operational targets.
• Strong relationship-building and community engagement.
• Solutions-focused mindset and commitment to excellent service.
• Current full clean NZ drivers licence.
