Ritchies Transport is seeking an HR Advisor to partner with management in all HR matters and to support site-based teams across depots. You will advise on HR issues to minimise risk and ensure good people management practices.

As HR Advisor you will collaborate within the HR team, assist with performance management, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding and HR data reporting. This role requires up-to-date NZ HR knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR roles with a practical understanding of people management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across site teams.
• Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support and partner with depot teams to provide HR guidance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Draft and advise on position descriptions and appraisal/remuneration processes.
