Reserve Bank of New Zealand is seeking a People Partnering Coordinator to support the People Partnering team, ensuring smooth operations and strong HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
You’ll manage coordination, maintain accurate records, and own HR documentation workflows, enabling People Partners to focus on higher-value strategic work. Flexible working and an inclusive culture are emphasized.
As our People Partnering Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our People Partnering team, helping everything run smoothly and making a real difference to how effectively we support our people and leaders.
You’ll be someone who enjoys being across the detail, brings order and organisation to busy work, and takes pride in getting things right. You’ll take ownership of the systems, processes and coordination that keep our work moving, following things through and making sure nothing falls through the gaps.
By owning this work and doing it well, you’ll help create capacity for our People Partners and People Advisors to lift up and focus their time on higher-value partnering with leaders and teams across the Bank.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re highly organised, proactive and exceptionally detail-focused. You enjoy taking ownership, solving problems and following things through. You understand that great coordination is much more than administration. It’s about making things happen, creating confidence that the detail is taken care of, and enabling the wider team to perform at its best.
The anticipated appointment range for this role is $70,411 to $82,145.70 (actual salary will be dependent on your skills and experience).
