As our organisation develops with more growth expected on the horizon, we're looking for a motivated, values-driven People & Culture Manager to help shape what comes next.

Reporting directly to the CEO and leading a small People & Culture team, you'll have a rare opportunity to influence strategy, culture, leadership capability, workforce planning, health and safety, and performance across the entire organisation. We're seeking someone who is energised by building foundations, creating new approaches and driving sustainable change for a purpose-driven organisation that delivers essential services to Asian communities throughout the motu.

Whether you're an experienced HR professional who is ready to step into broader organisational leadership or an established people & culture leader looking to apply their skills in a purpose-driven environment, if you're excited by this opportunity to help shape our growth journey, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

Other attributes below would be amazing to have, but don't worry if you haven't ticked every box. We value alignment with our purpose and mission as much as experience. • Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment relations legislation and experience managing complex ER matters.
