Job summary

Mogi I/O is seeking an experienced Engagement & Voice Lead in New Zealand to develop and implement strategies that strengthen employee engagement, workplace culture, and participation. You will gather feedback, analyze insights, and promote an inclusive environment while collaborating with leaders to drive data-informed decisions.

In this role you will lead surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, and initiatives that improve wellbeing and inclusion, building strong relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in HR, OD, or related field.
• Proven experience in employee engagement and people strategy.
• Experience designing surveys, feedback programs, and engagement initiatives.
• Strong data interpretation of workforce insights and metrics.
