ASB Bank in Auckland seeks a Pega Senior System Architect to drive technical development across Pega Platform projects. You will modernize processes, design scalable enterprise solutions, and lead architectural decisions in a fast-paced banking environment.

The role requires a Pega SSA certification and 6–8+ years of Pega experience, including 5+ years at SSA level, with knowledge of Constellation, REST APIs, Kafka, and cloud tech.

Qualifications

• Pega SSA certification and 6–8+ years of Pega development experience, including 5+ years at SSA level.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Constellation, DX APIs, AI-powered features, and cloud technologies.
• Familiar with Pega CLM/KYC frameworks and integration technologies including REST APIs and Kafka.
• Deep understanding of Pega delivery methodologies and enterprise app development.

Responsibilities

As a Software Specialist & Senior Software Engineer, you'll be part of our team that is responsible for technical development to a range of projects on Pega Platform across our Tribe.

• Modernize legacy processes into seamless, intelligent digital journeys

Our ideal applicants will demonstrate:

• Pega Senior Systems Architect (SSA) certification and 6-8+ years of Pega development experience, including 5+ years working at Senior System Architect level
• Strong knowledge of Pega Constellation, DX APIs, AI-powered features, and cloud-based technologies
• Good understanding of Pega CLM/KYC frameworks and integration technologies, including REST APIs and Kafka
• Knowledge of the latest Pega innovations, including GenAI, Knowledge Buddy, Blueprint, Agents, and AI-powered development tools
• Strong understanding of Pega delivery methodologies, best practices, and enterprise application development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
