Job summary

Datacom Connect in Auckland City, NZ, seeks a Pega Consultant to lead the implementation of Pega BPM and Case Management for diverse clients. You will design, configure, and deliver Pega-based applications that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes, while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

Ideal candidates hold Pega CSSA/CLSA certification (or working towards it) with hands-on experience in Pega BPM, Case Management, and integration techniques.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Pega BPM and Pega Case Management.
• Pega Senior System Architect or Lead System Architect certification or working towards.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating to functional specs.
• Client-facing delivery experience with on-time, in-scope solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of Pega BPM/Case Management for multiple clients.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Implement Pega configurations, including rule design, case types, and integrations.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations post-implementation.
