Job summary

Collaborate with psychologists, educators, and medical practitioners while training families to implement behavior strategies at home.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments of children to identify needs and develop intervention strategies.
• Design and implement BIPs using evidence-based practices such as ABA.
• Provide direct therapy services to improve social, communication, and adaptive behaviors.
• Train and guide parents and caregivers on home implementation of behavior techniques.
