Job summary

Lyttelton Port Company is seeking a Technical Payroll Systems Specialist to provide technical expertise across payroll, Time & Attendance, and workforce systems. You will lead configuration, testing and implementation, ensuring data integrity and system performance, working with multiple teams and vendors.

You will translate payroll needs into practical system solutions and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities, drawing on strong analytical and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling data and root cause analysis.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, implementations or significant system changes; knowledge of NZ payroll legislation.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical information to stakeholders.
