You will handle front desk tasks, appointments, and clinical records, while upholding patient privacy and contributing to a calm, efficient clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a service-based environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced clinic.
• Experience using the iPM system or similar patient management tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide front desk reception services by verifying patient contact details, informing clinical staff of patient arrivals, and registering patients in the iPM system.
• Manage phone calls, appointments and clinical records.
• Maintain tidy, well-stocked consultation rooms including linen and stationery.
• Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality while delivering exceptional care.
• Assist the team to ensure smooth clinic operations.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Patient Care Assistant to enhance the patient experience within our Cardiology Clinic.

Working closely with Registered Nurses and Health Professionals, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient, patient-centred outpatient services. Your contribution will directly support the smooth running of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front desk reception services by verifying patient contact details, ensuring clinical staff are promptly informed of patient arrivals, and accurately registering patients in the iPM system
• Manage phone calls, appointments and clinical records
• Maintain tidy, well-stocked consultation rooms including linen and stationery
• Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality while delivering exceptional care
• Assisting the team to ensure smooth clinic operations
