Job summary

Planebiz 2015 Ltd in Hamilton is seeking a part-time Passenger Service Agent (PSA) to cover a maternity leave period of six months, with a potential extension. You will be the friendly face of Planebiz Hamilton, guiding passengers through check-in, boarding, arrivals and related airport services in a busy environment.

We value customer service or hospitality experience, reliability, and the ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster. Familiarity with airline reservation systems is desirable.

What is a Passenger Service Agent (PSA)?

You will be the face of Planebiz Hamilton and the airlines we represent. Greeting passengers from all over the world, assisting and guiding them every step on their journey through the Airport. From Check-in and bag drop, to boarding gates and arrivals, they ensure customers are kept well-informed and are in the right place at the right time. Following safety, security, and airline-specific procedures. As a PSA, you will put all passengers needs at the heart of everything you do.

What you will do:

Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and baggage tags.

Provide information about flight schedules, boarding procedures, and airport services.

Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing, baggage, and flight changes.

Collaborate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure efficient operations.

Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times.
