Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a must.
• Familiarity with airline reservation systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and baggage tags.
• Provide information about flight schedules, boarding procedures, and airport services.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to ticketing, baggage, and flight changes.
• Collaborate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times.
