TDX Limited in Christchurch is seeking a Parts Correspondent to support customers, handle orders, and provide product information with accuracy and efficiency. You will ensure parts availability and coordinate timely dispatch while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a parts department or similar customer-focused role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face, over the phone and email support and advice to our customers to ensure they receive the right part, at the right price, at the right time and place.
• Interpret & process incoming purchase orders for efficient dispatch.
• Coordinate the dispatch of customer orders within an acceptable time frame, ensuring all documentation requirements are met.
• Be committed to providing a quality service to internal and external customers and suppliers.
