Job summary

Agricentre South Ltd Gore is seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our team. You will handle customer inquiries, source and order parts, and support workshop activities while ensuring accuracy and timely service.

Based in Gore, you will work in a busy, friendly environment with opportunities to grow product knowledge and contribute to stock control and invoicing processes, including branch support and multi-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Advisor, or similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery and agricultural equipment
• The ability to confidently multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and initiative
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Accuracy and attention to detail when processing orders and data
• A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
