Job summary

Power Farming Hawkes Bay Ltd is seeking a Parts Assistant at the Hawkes Bay (Hastings) branch. The role supports customers and ensures smooth day-to-day operation of the Parts Department, reporting to the Parts Manager.

Based at Hawke's Bay, the role involves in-branch and on-site customer service, parts identification and supply, and maintaining stock. A permanent full-time position with opportunities for development in agricultural and construction equipment brands.

About the Role

Based at our Hawkes Bay branch and reporting to the Parts Manager, this permanentfull-time position plays an important role in supporting our customers andensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Parts Department.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing professional and timely service tocustomers both in-branch and on-site
• Assisting customers with parts identification,advice, and supply
• Managing parts inventory, including ordering,receiving, stock control, and stocktakes
• Maintaining accurate administration and partssystem records
• Supporting sales growth through proactive customerengagement and relationship building
• Ensuring the parts showroom is presented to PowerFarming's high standards
• Collaborating with branch teams and Head Office todeliver positive customer outcomes
• Contributing to a safe and compliant workplaceenvironment
