Job summary

TDX Ltd. in New Zealand is seeking a Parts Correspondent to support customers, manage orders, provide product information, and ensure parts solutions are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will interpret customer inquiries, process orders, coordinate dispatch, and help internal teams. A friendly, proactive approach and attention to detail are essential, with training provided and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a parts department or customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face, phone and email support to customers and help them find the right part and price.
• Interpret and process incoming purchase orders for efficient dispatch.
• Coordinate the dispatch of customer orders within an acceptable time frame and ensure documentation is complete.
• Commit to delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers and suppliers.
