Job summary

TRC Toyota Levin is seeking a Parts Salesperson to join our Horowhenua team. The role focuses on identifying and selling the right parts to customers through our online systems, while promoting genuine Toyota parts and maintaining stock accuracy.

You will work in a busy frontline Parts and Service environment, receiving great training and support. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, located in Wellington - Levin region.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately identifying, picking and selling the right vehicle parts for customers through our online systems.
• Promoting the strengths and benefits of using genuine Toyota parts and accessories.
• Stock organisation and keeping it all up to date, tidy and accurate.
• Customer facing as well as follow up calls.
• Understanding the importance of our customer Pulse feedback system.
• Commitment to training and the learning that comes with the position.
• Over time, grow skillset and learn the basics of the Service Advisors role to help during busy periods.
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.

• Down the track, grow your skillset and learn the basics of our Service Advisors role in order to be able to step in and help out here during the busy times
• Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm ready to roll!

• the capacity to learn and retain information - there's a lot to learn but great training and support is part of the package

• a welcoming phone manner to help us with the incoming calls
• an eye for accuracy to ensure all our data is up to date and cleansed as well as stock correct and ordered
• solid I.T./computer skills and the ability to learn on the go
• to be able to confidently greet every customer and ensure their experience at TRC Toyota is an exceptional one
• to be a superb communicator and willing support our several busy departments
