Job summary

Publicis Sport & Entertainment in New Zealand seeks a commercially minded Partnerships Director to build the business from the ground up, leading integrated sponsorship, content and media partnerships for iconic brands and rights holders.

You'll own strategy, negotiate deals, supervise campaigns, and mentor team members while collaborating across sport, entertainment, culture and brand marketing to deliver measurable outcomes and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a sponsorship, sports marketing or a content and media partnerships role.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated partnership solutions for sponsorship, content, media partnerships and activation.
• Own relationships and end-to-end delivery of campaigns and partnerships.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and forecasting with accuracy.
