Qualifications

Master’s degree in Management, Business Analytics, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or related discipline (essential).
Prior teaching assistance or mentoring experience (preferred).
Familiarity with LMS platforms and academic tools.

Responsibilities

Assist lecturers in classroom preparation, tutorials, and lab sessions.
Provide student support during and outside class hours.
Guide students on tools and platforms used for coursework in software engineering and business informatics.
Assist with grading, moderation prep, and administrative follow-up under faculty supervision.
Help organize student presentations, milestones, and assessment events.
Set up online platforms, channels, and class resources.
Attend classes on weekends or evenings for in-session technical support.
Identify students needing additional support and refer to appropriate channels.
