Job summary

Hind Management, in partnership with Novotel Christchurch Airport, invites applications for a Night Auditor in New Zealand. This part-time role performs front office and night audit duties, with a roster across 10pm to 6:30am and weekly coverage including weekends.

You will work with an experienced team, ensure accurate accounting, handle guest inquiries, and maintain high standards of safety and service while using computer systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and courteous guest interaction.
• Ability to deliver high standard customer service.
• Calm, efficient and detail-oriented with good organisation.

Responsibilities

• Work across front desk reception and night audit tasks.
• Check guests in/out and handle guest complaints.
• Maintain accounting accuracy using computer systems, reporting and Excel.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest and staff areas.
• Greet visitors, arrange appointments and provide information to guests.
• Audit, data entry, reports and filing.
