Job summary

Antipodes Wellness Limited in Wellington is seeking an organised, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a casual part-time role (approximately 10–20 hours per week). Based in the Wellington CBD office, you will support inventory management, product send-outs, and small-scale repackaging as part of the operations team.

Regular daytime hours across 4–5 days, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to fit other commitments.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• High attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Efficient and proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to do physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes of product.
• Stocktaking experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating product send-outs and returns, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Organising small-scale inventory repacks (e.g., assembling gift boxes).
• Performing regular inventory stocktakes and adjustments.
• Handling small batch inventory changes (e.g., labelling, box modifications).
• Supporting additional inventory-related tasks as needed.
