Job summary

Repco in Wellington is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to ensure every customer has a great in-store experience, providing guidance on our products and processing the sale at the till.

You will upsell where you can, be a team player, and help maintain excellent showroom presentation and stock levels to support store performance.

Full training will be provided, with an emphasis on customer service, product knowledge and ongoing development within a safe, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and upsell.
• Confident in a sales environment and handling diverse customers.
