Job summary

PB Tech is seeking a dependable Warehouse Assistant at our Manukau Head Office for a fixed-term contract from September 2026 to January 2027. You will support receiving, stock control and order picking in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with occasional weekend shifts. Full training will be provided, and staff discounts on technology products are available.

Qualifications

• Must have positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Regular manual handling up to 20kg.
• Available Monday to Friday 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM, with some weekend shifts.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to high standards.
• Previous warehouse experience is a bonus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming stock; count items, verify product codes, and check against delivery documents to ensure accuracy.
• Scan and process stock orders daily, following company procedures to keep inventory records up to date.
• Ensure products are stored safely, neatly, and in the correct locations.
• Stack and store items properly to prevent damage to products or equipment.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, identify causes, and report issues as needed.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately, following pick slips, RF scanners, or system instructions.
• Follow all warehouse procedures and timeframes to meet daily dispatch targets.
