Qualifications

• Identify learners with additional learning needs early.
• Coordinate targeted interventions and individual learning plans.
• Collaborate with SENCO, leadership, kaiako, Teacher Aides and whānau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning support procedures and programmes in collaboration with the SENCO and leadership team.
• Coordinate targeted interventions, individual learning plans, ESOL support, and external agency referrals.
• Work closely alongside classroom kaiako and Teacher Aides to implement effective, classroom-based supports.
• Build strong, positive partnerships with students, whānau, staff, and external specialists.
• Lead professional learning for staff, modelling the school’s vision and values while contributing to wider school life.
