Lumino Mt Eden is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly, busy team. You will work closely with dentists and the practice team to support patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident every step of the way.

Qualifications

• Has previous dental industry experience.
• Experience as Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, or Dental Assistant.
• Confident, professional, and mature when interacting with patients and colleagues.
• Customer-focused and passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences.
• Strong sales and relationship‑building skills; comfortable discussing treatment options and costs.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to follow through to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised; can manage multiple priorities.
• Works well within a team and supports clinicians and staff.
• Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality work.
• Holds valid New Zealand work rights.
• Lives within a reasonable commuting distance of Mt Eden.

Responsibilities

• Discussing treatment plans and options with patients in a clear and professional manner.
• Following up on proposed treatment plans and supporting patients to move forward with their treatment.
• Building strong relationships with patients and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
• Coordinating treatment consultations and appointments.
• Discussing treatment costs, payment options, and finance solutions where applicable.
• Working collaboratively with dentists and the wider practice team.
• Conducting follow-up communications to keep patients engaged throughout their treatment journey.
• Supporting treatment acceptance and contributing to practice growth.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring a seamless treatment coordination process.
