You will clean and sterilise instruments, prepare rooms and trays, maintain records, welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, support check-in/out, and assist with general admin, working closely with the clinical

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilise, and prepare instruments per infection control protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilisation trays for clinical procedures.
• Maintain accurate sterilisation records and ensure equipment functioning.
• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls and assist with patient enquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using the practice management system.
• Support patient check-in and check-out processes.
