Job summary

Heritage Lifecare's Telford Lifecare in New Plymouth is seeking a Receptionist on a part-time basis to warmly welcome residents and visitors and handle phone queries. You will support administration and contribute to a caring, team‑oriented environment.

The AM shifts, a supportive workplace and commitment to Nga Paerewa standards are part of the role. This position fosters positive interactions with residents and whānau.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• Ability to build positive professional relationships with residents, staff, visitors, and external stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
• Experience with invoicing and on-charging processes, or the ability to learn desirable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
