Labourforce is seeking a motivated PART TIME Warehouse Administrator to join our fast-paced team in Auckland. This role offers exposure to systems with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will manage order processing, handle a high volume of emails and calls, and gain experience with export documentation and container ordering. The position is ideal for someone with warehouse exposure looking to move into systems work.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused PART TIME WarehouseAdministrator to join our clients fast paced business

This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse exposure who wants to get more into the systems side of things with high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting and processing orders


• Managing a high volume of emails and phone queries


• Understanding of export documentation & ordering export containers

Skills & Experience Required

• Intermediate computer literacy and confidence using systems


• Intermediate usage of Microsoft system


• WMS Power knowledge (but not essential)


• Previous warehouse, retail, or ecommerce experience


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pick things up fast
