• Identify and repair minor surface defects before painting.
• Maintain clean, organised, and safe work areas.
• Follow project specifications and schedules.
• Use painting and decorating tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and other trades.
• Complete work within agreed timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and completing high-quality interior and exterior painting and decorating work across residential and/or commercial projects.
