Job summary

Northpower Limited in Hamilton seeks an experienced Line Mechanic to join the Construction and Maintenance team. You will construct and maintain overhead lines and operate equipment up to 33kV to ensure reliable electricity delivery.

Develop work plans for installation, servicing and upgrading lines and equipment. A strong safety record and a hands-on approach are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace overhead conductors and pole structures as needed.
• Operate equipment for lines up to 33 kV; work safely and efficiently.
