Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage bookings for outpatients.
• Handle referrals, scheduling of initial specialist assessments, and patient contact.
• Provide a central patient enquiry service for rescheduling or information.
• Deliver outbound reminder calls to patients in the evenings as part of initiatives.
• Offer front-line customer service at reception and assist with enquiries across sites.
