Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, Meade Clinical Centre, is seeking a dedicated Booking Clerk to join the outpatient clinic team in Hamilton. You will coordinate appointments, support services to meet health targets, and liaise with staff and patients to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Strong communication, solid administration and computer skills are essential, with training provided for hospital systems. This is a permanent full-time role in the MCC Outpatient Clinics.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Proven and demonstrated experience in an administration role and computer skills.
• Have excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong administration and computer skills, previous hospital system experience would be an advantage but are not essential as training will be provided.
