Paratek Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Manager in New Zealand to drive sales, understand customer needs, and support market access. You will build disease state knowledge for clinical dialogues and educate on approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing.

Formación

• 5+ years of previous sales experience in orthopedics, injectable pharmaceuticals, biologics, buy and bill or medical device preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience calling on hospitals, endocrinologists and rheumatologists preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive outstanding sales performance that ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded.
• Effectively use assigned budgets to drive therapeutic and territory expectations; customize discussions based on customer needs.
• Maintain understanding of local market, practice structures, business models, and key influencers.
• Share insights with Radius stakeholders and work with customers to understand practice structure and opportunities.
• Input into resource allocation decisions and select programs/resources for customers and systems.
• Use analytical tools to evaluate business and determine how to accomplish sales objectives ethically.
• Develop local business plans to achieve KPI goals and delivery on sales objectives; capitalise on formulary approvals.
• Coordinate selling efforts with Radius Health personnel; manage work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, responses, samples and expenses.
