Radius Health seeks a Territory Manager in Nelson, New Zealand to understand customer needs and drive sales within the defined territory. You will engage healthcare professionals in clinical dialogue, educate on on-label indications, and position Radius Health as a valued partner for patients and providers.

You will develop product and disease state knowledge, analyze market data, and plan local strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; overnight travel may be required.
• 5+ years of sales experience in orthopedics or injectable/pharmaceutical fields is preferred.
• Experience calling on hospitals, endocrinologists and rheumatologists is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive outstanding sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Use budgets to drive therapeutic and territory expectations in a compliant manner.
• Maintain current understanding of local market and key influencers.
• Share market insights with Radius stakeholders and identify business opportunities.
• Allocate programs/resources appropriate for each customer and practice.
• Use analytical tools to evaluate the business and apply resources effectively.
• Develop a local business plan to achieve KPI goals and leverage formulary opportunities.
• Coordinate selling efforts with Radius Health personnel.
• Maintain administrative management of work hours, sales data, responses, and expenses.
