Mindtree in Christchurch seeks an OSCE Clinical Skills Tutor to plan and deliver our NCNZ OSCE preparation programme, in our clinical skills lab and online sessions.

You will coordinate theory and practical OSCE components, assess student performance, provide feedback, and adapt teaching to individual needs. A nursing degree with NZ registration and teaching experience is required, with availability Wed–Sun.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in nursing and NZ registration required.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare teaching or tutoring experience.
• Knowledge of NCNZ OSCE framework and station formats.

Mansioni

• Plan and develop programmes of study for NCNZ OSCE preparation.
• Deliver online theory sessions and OSCE station instruction.
• Conduct mock OSCEs and provide feedback to students.
• Review and update course content and assessment resources.
• Maintain the clinical skills lab and ensure safe practice.
