We are seeking a reliable and motivated Orderly to join our team at Timaru Hospital on a fixed-term basis until early October 2026.
As an Orderly, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery of healthcare services across the hospital. Working closely with clinical and non-clinical teams, you will provide a professional and efficient support service that contributes to the smooth operation of hospital services and positive patient outcomes.
This is a varied and hands‑on role that may include patient transfers, transporting equipment and supplies, delivering specimens, blood products and clinical items, assisting with stock and linen distribution, responding to service requests, and supporting departments across the organisation. You may also assist with security, mortuary, and general logistical support functions as required.
This position is offered on a fixed-term basis through to early October 2026. The days and hours of work will be discussed with the successful applicant.
